Feeling pretty OK. Which is something. I have been revising like a psychopath and jogging and doing ballet and walking. lots. Today was such a lovely day that a spontaneous evening walk with my Girlfriend along the canal as the sunset was really perfect. <3

- One nibble bite of ham sandwich
- Large handful of chocolate buttons.
- 1/5th portion noodles
PURGE
- Pizza, jacket potato and salad
- Slice of cake.
I am DISGUSTING!!!
Today: Friday the 4th May 2012
- Chocolate buttons
- 1/4 ham sandwich
- Bacon and chicken sub (480 calories)
- Chocolate doughnut.
And so it is evident that my stress got the better of me. My fucking disgusting fat pig of a self that cannot stop! I just cannot stop and its disgusting. I’m dirty and fat.
